Work With Me
What I Offer
One person. One conversation at a time.
All sessions are 1-to-1, online via video call or if you are local to Cornwall, in person is available.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some people need one session to shift something profound. Some need three to go all the way to the root. We work out together what's right for you.
-
Every journey starts here.
A free 20 - 30 minute call. We talk. You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and if I can't, I'll tell you that too and point you somewhere better.
No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation.
-
One deep, focused 90-minute RTT session.
Includes your personalised audio recording and one week of follow-up support.
Best for a specific, singular issue or for people who want to experience the work before committing further.
-
Three sessions across 12 weeks, working progressively deeper.
Includes a personalised recording after each session, support between sessions, and a 30-day follow-up check-in call after your final session.
Best for addiction recovery, complex trauma, BFRBs, or anything with multiple layers underneath it.
-
Ongoing 1-to-1 support through your recovery journey.
Not just the stopping — the rebuilding. The identity. The relationships. The figuring out who you are when the party is over.
Sobriety coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Frequency is flexible — weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. Priced per session or as a monthly package — we'll work out what suits you on your discovery call.
-
30-minute extra support calls for existing clients between sessions or after a programme has ended.
Sometimes you just need to talk it through with someone who gets it. I'm here.
£75 per call.
